Working on the architectural brief to provide homes for two families (Client & Tenant), the team at z axis design studio maximised space available despite the compact dimensions of the site. To achieve this, the key idea was to utilise multiple levels around the central stairs, each room on a different level. The architects also maximised the use of natural light through abundant use of skylights through-out the house.
