Catering to the growing need of urban professionals, the developer was keen to offer sufficiently sized studio apartments to his customers. The architects at z axis design studio crafted a design which made use of street spiraling around the central atrium connecting all the studios, with the nooks (for neighbours to gather), finally culminating into a large community space on the terrace. While the design of the individual studio indexed high on functionality, the central atrium promoted fun and harmony in equal measure.
