The central architectural idea for this project was to offer opulent living for the 4 families. To that end the firm's architects designed the apartments to be a duplex, each with its own private garden. The team also made use of the tree filled panoramic views that site offered by creating a communal deck (club house) on the terrace replete with an infinity pool for the 4 families to engage.
