The architectural brief from the developer was to offer opulent triplex villas for their discerning clientele. The team at z axis design studio worked with the idea of setting the villas in manicured gardens, unhindered by the mundane, setting a stage to offer the very best to its residents. To that end, all the villas were staged on an upper deck, which also hosted a landscaped manicured garden of about 1 acre. The whole club house along with the swimming pool was tucked underneath to provide a unique subterranean feel to this community space. Each villa, built around a central sky lit atrium had all the functional spaces split across multiple levels. Ground level played host one single superfluous volume of living, dining, kitchen and outdoor party space for hosting family and friends.
