Working on the developer's architectural brief on offering large size apartments, the team at z axis design studio worked on a design which was an amalgam of various apartment typologies - simplex, duplex, attached to private gardens. This variance was extended to the facade of the building, which was an interplay of volumes cast in different finishes - lending the building a distinct and unique architectural identity. To ensure cohesion, the whole design was tied together by a grand central sky lit atrium - adorned on one side by a tastefully finished art wall.
