The requirement was to design a hospital focused on laparoscopic surgeries. The z axis design studio's architectural design was functional and adhering to the strict hospital codes. The design also focused on maximising the use of natural light available, though a large central atrium for the patient waiting and common admin areas. The patient rooms were pushed to the periphery to utilise the light streaming from outside, thereby offering its users a more serene ambience inside their rooms.
