The developers architectural brief was to maximise the opportunity offered by the site in this bustling locality of south Bangalore. While the central architectural idea prioritised function, enough opportunities were created within the scope of the design to allow for the community to get together. Landscaped spaces on the ground level and the terrace served these communal functions.
